Birds are an everyday scene, whether you live in the city or in the country side you will see birds.
This collection is aimed at toddlers, who are at the age of the big move from the comfort of the cot to a big boy or big girls bed.
The bird can be thought of as a familiar thing during this scary time, something that they are comfortable with and recognise.
The tree and the bird houses signify a home for the birds, a safe place.
The duvets in this collection would have a small pocket, situated at the seem at the top of the duvet, off to one side so that a soft toy of the bird, seen in the designs, could be tucked in with the child as part of their bed time routine, to help the child feel like their little bird is keeping them company during the night time.
